QBC Regular Events , 2010

EVERY SUNDAY

                10 am to 10:20 am for a pre-service prayer session held in Pastor Ken's office.

              10:30 am to 12 noon, our regular service    (11:45 am to 12 noon,  celebration of the Lord's Supper)
                   

TUESDAYS

   - Bible Study at the church - 12:45 pm

 

WEDNESDAYS

                  Bible study   "Remembering The forgotten God"  - 7 to 9 pm at Vern and Traceii's 
                                   (613-968-8159)  
                                                  

  THURSDAYS 

                   Home Fellowship Study - 7 to 9 pm  -  call Eva for details  (613-961-7265)  
                        The location of this study varies from week to week so check the calendar below
                            or call Eva 

  EVERY FRIDAY

        - Family Fun Friday - 6 pm to 8 pm at the church. All ages welcome.  enjoy many a choice of many 
                                             games.  Canteen.  Pizza at $1 per slice.  962-3885 for more info.
                                                   

   EVERY SATURDAY

    Beginning 15 Oct., a men's and women's study   "Search for Significance" 
                from 9:30 to 11 am at the church.   

 

    EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 

     - The men's prayer breakfast group will join with the ladies a study on "The Search For Significance" 
            every Sat. beginning on 15 Oct. (The men are joining the ladies at 9:30 for the "Search for Significance
            study and will resume this group when the study is completed.)

    

  1st SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH  (Benevolent Sunday) 

  As an expression of our love and care for those in need among us, after  the Lord's Supper
                        on the 1'st Sunday each month, a Benevolent Offering will be received.   
                              (Mathew 25:40 - "The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’)
                                        There will also be a lunch served after the service in the basement.

  3rd SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH

             Penny Collection in support of 'Links for Learning' -    (See Joan B.)

Your one stop resource lending library. Resources will assist families raising a child with
Autism, FAS, Down Syndrome, Learning challenges, developmental delays, 
as well as those who struggle in reading, writing and math.
